Rubus argutus produces sweet delicious berries with large graceful canes. This plant produces a multitude of attractive white flowers followed by sweet blackberries. Be careful as plants can develop thorns.
Bumblebees appreciate the flowers of this plant. It is a good species to utilize in areas against competition from other invasive plants. These Rubus are quite prolific!
Plants are 1 foot tall and rooted.
Cultivation Guidelines:
Light: Bright direct light for most of the day.
Restricted Range: Prefers freshwater wetlands, bogs, wet soil.
Growing Medium: Native soils.
