Nepenthes platychila is a relatively easy species to cultivate which is well known for producing attractive upper pitchers with a very exaggerated and striped peristome! 

Cultivation Guidelines:
Light: Bright direct or indirect light.
Restricted Range: Requires tropical montane conditions. 
Growing Medium: Nepenthes mixes.
