Amorpha fruticosa is a great pollinator plant that competes to be our butterfly bush native alternative!

Showy fragrant purple flowers. Host for many insects and the birds love it!

These trees are great for fence rows, landscape trees, and can be used in a food forest setting to provide shade while amending the soil. They fix nitrogen in the soil and produce lots of biomass to utilize in the garden and farm!

Cultivation Guidelines:
Light: Bright direct or indirect light.
Restricted Range: Prefers soil with higher moisture content. 
Growing Medium: Native soil, loam soils, variable.
